San,
I found it. The error is shown below. I can change the program
accordingly but I do have a question. Why can't I define the type of
return value? Being a novice with web services I probably just missed
something somewhere. For the program in question the return value is
defined as 10A in the RPG procedure. Why is it wanting a 4-byte
integer?
