Check the library list of the RSE connection to make sure you have all the
necessary libraries in the library list. If not, you should be able to
right click on the "Library list" node of the connection and add/remove
libraries.

I'm trying to create a simple web service using an RPG module. Earlier
today I used the web service wizard to create the web service. Since
then I made a change and now the wizard displays two errors. The first
error 'Member library/file(member) is locked by job QRWTSRVR. Do you
want to open the member in browse mode?'. I have answered both yes and
no to this message but end up at the second message. The second message
is IJTP0028E - 'The program definition could not be obtained from the
ILE RPG source code'. The details reference not having the required
libraries in the library list or errors in the source code. The module
compiles fine so I don't think it is errors in the code. I'm using the
same environment I used earlier so I don't know how the library list
could be wrong either but I don't know where it's looking.

Has anyone been successful with this yet and maybe know what I'm doing
wrong?
