Re: Logon Prompt behind splash screen (again)

If you have WDSC set to preserve state, it will try to open any RSE
filters that were open when you shut down.  

Alt-Tab might get you to the screen.  If not, you could probably kill it
and try to run it with the -nosplash option on the shortcut.
