Hi Patrick, Would you please try the following: 1. Shut down all code processes (ensure no CODE*.EXE or EVF*.EXE processes are running in your task list) 2. Ensure that INFOEXEC.EXE is not running in your task list 3. Go to your browser and clear your cache 4. Try installing CODE 6.0.1 again 5. Reboot (even if you are not prompted to do so) 6.
