Violaine; After applying a fix I had similar problems thus I used the -clean option to no avail. I have done the configuration "delete" previously and have lost all the preferences I had set up. Hoping to save some frustration I exported the preferences before deleting the configuration data, deleted the configuration data and restarted WDSC. I then imported the saved preferences. I still lost all of my previous preferences (Window->Preferences). Is there something I can do to save the preferences before I do an update/install and get them back after the update/install??? Other than the frustrating 3-4 days of "d*#& that doesn't work now, how did I set that up in the first place???" Duane Christen 1. Close workbench 2.
