If you want to code in Java 5 syntax, WDSC 6.0 doesn't support it. Eclipse 3.1 introduced compiler support for Java 5 syntax, and WDSC 6 is based on 3.0.2. I would expect the next version of WDSC to be one of those Eclipse levels. If history is any indication, the next version will come out to support WAS 6.1 (which is scheduled for later this year). > -----Original Message----- > From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] > On Behalf Of RPower@xxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Thursday, April 06, 2006 8:04 AM > To: wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [WDSCI-L] change the jdk version? > > How does one point WDSC to a newer JDK version? > > Ron Power > Programmer > Information Services > City Of St. John's, NL > P.O.
