Outline for RPG/400 not working

All:

I have noticed recently that the Outline View no longer works for RPG/400
programs.  Although it was never as robust for RPG/400 as it is for RPG-IV,
showing only the subroutine list, this has always been valuable.

When I open an RPG/400 member I see the "Refresh" icon and the text "Press
Refresh to update view".  When I click the "Refresh" icon, the view changes
immediately to show "Global Definitions", but nothing appears under that.

I don't know exactly when it stopped working, but I suspect that it was due
to the last update.  Any one else experiencing this?  Any suggestions on
where to look for more details?

I'm currently using:
        Version: 6.0.1
        Build id: 20050725_1800
