Use Alt+R, Alt+R to select a section of code, then Alt+F7 or Alt+F8 to shift it left or right. When column-sensitive editing is off: Alt+L, Alt+L to select the lines you want also works, or in SEU prefix commands LL..LL or RR..RR to select and shift.
