workspace in use

Group, 
When I try to open RSE, sometimes I get the error "workspace in use, 
please choose another".  Can someone tell me, is there a process that I 
can end in the task manager that will prevent me from rebooting my pc for 
RSE to work.  I have only one workspace that I use, I do not shut down my 
pc each night, but I always close out of my RSE program.  I'm not sure why 
this happens, it's not frequent, but I would much rather end a process 
than reboot my pc each time this happens.
