Error on install of WDSC Version 6.0

Trying to install Versio 6.0 on a colleagues machine.  I'm getting an 
error during Disk #3.  The error in the log is:

Can someone please help?  I've got a deadline to get this installed and 
this one machine is driving me round the bend.
