It depends on what version of WDSc you have.  If you have 5.1 then it will be 
on the install menu.  Just insert the first CD.  If you have 6.0 then it is on 
one of the optional CD's.  Here it is the 7th or 8th disk in the package.  It 
will be labeled CODE Development.
