Code Designer

When I try to open a dspf with the code designer when I right click the
DSPF from remote explorer I get the message: "Your Windows user ID needs
at least power user authority to run the code tools."

 

If I go through Start=>Programs=>IBM Code and....=>Code=>Code Designer
the program opens up but I can't seem to get a connection going to my
iSeries.

 

I'm on version 6.0.0.1 of IBM Rational Software Development Platform.

 

Things seem fine with the LPEX editor and everything else from the
client,  is there anything else I can try to get around this to use the
code designer?
