Yes, I found that somewhere in the on-line help I believe, and it cleared up
problems at work where I can't manipulate the firewall.  But I'm having the
problem on my PC at home, where all updates install except one.

I logged in, stopped PC Cillin (virus checker and firewall), the made my
wireless connection, then starter Rational Product Updater, the tried to
install the one remaining update.

Just the same as always, runs for a few seconds downloading stuff, then
hangs on update.properties.

I haven't found any log file that tells me what it's trying to do.  It there
any way in RPU to turn logging for debugging?
