Greg, you are spot on!  A refresh pack is precisely a set of updates that 
need to be applied to an existing install.  In order to install the V6.0.1 
refresh pack, you need to first install V6.0 from the CDs.  Once that is 
complete, you will notice that IBM's Rational Product Updater (RPU) is 
also installed and is accessible from the Start menu in the same folder as 
the WDSC.  This is what you will use to install the V6.0.1 refresh pack; 
launch the RPU and click Find Updates to locate the V6.0.1 refresh pack 
code. 

Sounds like those V6.0 CDs sitting on your desk are about to get used....
