It's broken up into three areas:  COMMON pictures,  IBMer pictures and 
pictures of fellow list members.  Basically you see the picture of the 
person, followed by a very brief biography.  Often there is a link to the 
person's web site.

I wonder if Pluta's picture, taken next to "Lilo & Stitch", is what is 
causing WebSense to block it as entertainment?

To add your picture, you submit a picture to David.  I see a log in on 
that page, but it must be reserved for Dave and his backup(s).
