Lost tasks when updating V6.0.1 build Id 20050725_1800

When I updated WDSCi with the latest update I lost all of the tasks I had
created. 
I regularly use the tasks view to create reminders, notes, etc... throughout
my development cycle. I attach tasks to source lines and use a text file,
for information not directly related to a source line, and attach task to
it. While I did not loose the text file and can rebuild the tasks within it
the tasks attached to source lines are lost. 

Is there anything I can do to recover these?
