In a debug session, I want to check the value of a specific portion of a 
large (buffer) variable. For example, I just want to check positions 
101-110. How can I achieve this? As it seems, Monitor Expression does not 
have the possibility to set a substring. Am I missing something? 
(Actually, I hope so.)
