RE: installing v6.0 -- WDSCI-L

Actually it is the second huge update - the first one installs itself during
the product load.

Although V6 has only just come out, the Eclipse workbench and Rational tools
that it is based on have been out for a while.  I believe most of the fixes
apply to that underlying core.
