Re: Web Services Tutorial

I went through the IBM web services tutorial this past spring. As a result, i 
registered my test web service with IBMs registry.
  
  I just received an email from them earlier this week saying that they  are 
taking down their registry. Perhaps this is why you cannot open  your socket?
