Error msg after 6.01 install

I have been getting this funny msg " IBM rational clearquest is either not
installed or not configured properly. Minimum support version is clearquest
2003.06.15". I installed from IBM dvd and applied the updates through the
LOCAL install. I get this msg, every time, I start the WDSC.

Moreover my configuration show version 6.0.1. I am for some reason, think,
there is 6.0.2 update  available, but my install/update does not pick up.
Am I missing something, any help is appreciated.
