Douglas, I'm afraid I can't answer that one. I got the link from the archives probably a year ago now and have used it for each successive update to Quantum. There was some discussion earlier this year about modifying the URL for the naming convention. If you check the archives one of the posts might have more information or give a link to the information you need.
