Question on installing at home

I was planning on installing Websphere Application Server 6.0 at my house, 
(on XP pro machine), so I can "play" with Websphere on my off time as 
there isn't a lot of time at work to train myself.  I have a couple of 
questions: 1.  Which IDE to use?  We have Websphere Studio Client 
Developer 5.1, Rational Express Edition 6.0, (will that work with the full 
App server version?), and I already have Eclipse installed.  2.  Should I 
install the full version or the Express version?  And what's the real 
difference between the two?  Thanks for your help.  =)
