RE: WDSC 6.0 ILE Help Text

I had a problem with all help, not just the ILE so this may not be your 
problem.  Are you running McAfee anti-virus?  There's a problem with it and the 
help server not starting.  If so, you need to apply at least up to patch 10 
from McAfee to fix.

 Did I do a partial install?  How can I get that help text installed?
