True to a dgree but not sure how much, and how much would depend on the site.

One element that cannot be overlooked at many sites is the available 
interactive CPW. Off-loading development to a PC frees up cycles that are much 
more expensive on iSeries than the PC.

Technically, a development system can essentially be zero-interactive if full 
usage of WDSC is made. That could be a significant business cost saver. (It's 
certainly worth considering for personal/home development systems.)
