Apparently in 6.0.1 the RSE filters continue to show items that no longer
exist on the iSeries, and the list returned from clicking Refresh is lost
after restarting wdsc.

I had a source member of SQLRPGLE that I changed to RPGLE. Now, my filters
show both even though only the RPGLE exists on the server. I was curious
as to what would happen if I tried to open the non-existant member. It
opened the RPGLE member. And more importantly, deleting the SQLRPGLE
actually deleted the RPGLE member.

I can't get rid of it! Even with "use cache info to restore rse view"
unchecked.
