A couple things come to mind.1. You could create user actions that encapsulate each set of libraries you need to use. These are available, I believe, in various places in RSE with a right-click.
2. The various change management packages all take care of this for you, keeping such as list as you describe for use when compiling in a defined application. Not a cheap answer, however. ;-)
