I've seen errors before in CODE, maybe even this one, but I can't remember what I was doing to cause this particular error. Can you tell us what you were doing as the error occurred? Also, there is a CODE400 list that you might try asking on. Maybe the CODE400 list should go away since the volume is low enough on that list that the WDSC list could take it.
