Sounds like you are in need of a good change control system with a plug-in for WDSC. Eclipse's (and by inheritance WDSC's) 'team' support for normal PC style files doesn't work very well in an iSeries environment. I work for MKS (in addition to running the lists) and our Implementer product supports the configuration you have described. We also have a WDSC plug-in.
