In answer to Kyle's question (below), here's what I did:

Click the plus sign on My Commands, and in the dialog box to create a new 
command, when you type the command, the Prompt button is enabled.  If you 
click Prompt, it brings up the basic command parameters, and when I check 
off All Parameters there,  I get all the ones I need for CRTPRTF, at 
least, and a lot more than I had originally for CRTPF.  I hope you find 
the ones you need!
