WDSCi ver 6 "External-Command Exception" -- WDSCI-L

I recently upgraded to WDSCi ver 6.0.1... Build id: 20050725_1800 on a
WIN2000 pro PC.

When I log in I get a window titled "Editor" with a message of
"External-Command Exception".

Any ideas what it might be?
