WDSC 6.0 Quantum DB

I've gotten 6.0 installed and updated, now I am trying to install the
Quantum DB plugin. I downloaded "Download Quantum_2.4.5_for_Eclipse_3.zip"
and have attempted to place the 4 extracted files in the path "C:\Program
Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\eclipse\plugins", restarted WDSC to no avail. I
then put the files in "C:\Documents and
Settings\djchris\IBM\rationalsdp6.0\NewWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins"
restarted WDSC, same result.

Does anyone have any idea where/how to install Quantum DB in WDSC 6.0?
