Communication Daemon 6.0

I recently installed WDSc 6.0 and was concerned about removed WDSC 5.1.
I notice that I have a folder in the 5.1 version for communications and
that is where my communications daemon settings exist.  I use Design
Code 400 for my DSPF and PRTF designs.  I thought the CODE 400 used the
communications daemon.  Is this true?  If so, will I lose this once I
remove 5.1?  
 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
