Should I not open up a pmr, and submit a request via this list, at the 
same time?  The last time the gent working the pmr was upset that I got 
such a nice response via the list.  He said something like he didn't want 
to be put out of a job.

I don't mind submitting pmr's - I do it all the time.  But I like using 
this list too. 

Feel free to reply off list if the situation is getting bad.  And knowing 
IBM, if the situation is getting that bad it would require a non IBM email 
account from an offsite location without keystroke recording.
