At the same time. They don't QUITE co-exist peacefully: they continue to complain about the remote connection not being available, but they still manage to work. I am quite disappointed, though, that not much was done in RSE. In fact, I'm hard pressed to find a single enhancement for RPG programmers. It seems that the vast majority of the work for this release went into the Rational branding, and as far as I can tell, that's really all that happened was a lot of branding and of course the upgrade to Eclipse 3.0.
