ptf parts

Checking ptf's.

Now I have:  SI18459, SI17654, SI18343, SI18710.
SI15087 & SI18282 were superceeded.

It also wants SI17767, but Fix Central tells me that it's "not supported".

Also, what ptf(s) is this rambling about:
Checking host callbacks
  Checking callback to debug daemon
    Host PTF missing.  The requested function is not available.
  Checking callback to RSE daemon
    Host PTF missing.  The requested function is not available.
