Install went fine.

Installed VARPG and CODE.  Designer now comes up as an option in RSE
for
display files etc.

However, if I select Open in Designer, nothing happens.  I seem to
recall
being asked to sign on the first time I did it but I'm not certain. 
No
error messages, no messages from the XP Firewall saying it had blocked
anything.  No nothing.

Other relevant (?) stuff:

Designer will open manually.
The R0xxxxx server has been created.
I am running under the same Id as I installed with (which is an
Administrator).
XP with SP2.

Anyone got any ideas?
