Chris, We will keep your suggestion in mind. We haven't looked into the technique of retrieving the qtemp object from another job. But I did remembered came across an article in RPG newsgroup which provides some source code to do the task you wanted. You could check it out and see if it is helpful. The link is: http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l/200505/msg00297.html The discussion of the problem is in this link: http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l/200505/msg00282.html Thanks, Xuan Chen, Problem Determination Tools for iSeries (905) 413-3769 T/L 969-3769 xuanchen@xxxxxxxxxx CProctor@transmon taigne.com Sent by: To wdsci-l-bounces@m Websphere Development Studio Client idrange.com for iSeries <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc 08/16/2005 03:15 Subject PM Re: [WDSCI-L] Getting a command line while in debug? Please respond to Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries I've actually wanted to try the integrated debugger, Don, but never quite took the time to figure out how it works. Is there some documentation on it? Sorry to hear that you don't have the ability to view qtemp files while in debug. It would definitely be a great tool. Other than that, I love WDSCI. ;-) Thanks for the response. Chris Proctor TransMontaigne, Inc.
