Mike,

In 6.0, the CODE tools are a separate install from the Eclipse-based tools.
In RSE, we have code which tries to find CODE on the workstation and will
add the actions to launch the CODE tools. iSeries Projects use the Eclipse
method of launching external tools and we no longer pre-register the CODE
tools since they might not be there but you can register them yourself.

Here is a snippet from the docs regarding the CODE tools and iSeries
Projects:
   1. As in the Remote System Explorer perspective, you now have the
options to open the Remote Systems LPEX Editor or other editors. CODE
Designer is not registered as an external editor for display files,
but you can change that by manually adding it through the preference
page, and it will then appear in the Open With menu. To do this:
         a. Select Window > Preferences from the main menu.
         b. Expand Workbench. Select File Associations.
         c. Select *dspf from File types.
         d. Click Add next to the Associated editors list view.
         e. Choose External Programs and then browse to the location where
CODE Designer (codedsu.exe), is installed. Click Open. Click OK
            .

Next you will add the Code Editor.
         f. Click Add next to the Associated editors list view.
         g. Choose External Programs and then browse to the location where
CODE Editor (codeedit.exe), is installed. Click Open. Click OK.
         h. Click OK to close the Preferences window.

Hope this helps,
Eric

Okay, I see that. But it doesn't show up when I work with iSeries projects.

This worked in 5.1.2, where do I find it in 6.0?
