It is a separate installation step - optional. It's on a separate CD, IIRC. I actually downloaded it from a PartnerWorld site and ran into a little weirdness - the documentation says it should uninstall the old CODE and put on the new - it did not - I need to call IBM on this. Also, WDSC 6 can run alongside 5.1.2 or whatever.
