I click refresh to refresh a filter view and it refreshes.  Then I exit
WDSC and restart it.  The filter shows a very old view (from months ago)
and I have to refresh it again.  This is the case for all views.

I don't recall this behaviour before I upgraded to 5.1.2.5 but not sure.
But, I remember it being as current as the last time I clicked refresh.

I have it setup not to refresh the workbench on startup so that it doesn't
take long to start.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
