Hi Ron,

The message you describe should occur when your local cached copy of a
member becomes out of sync with the host.
Specifically this can happen whe you are using members left open in the
workbench anfter you stopeed and restarted it (locks are only refreshed
when you save in these circumstances).

Please try clearing your local file cache:
Preferences->Remotes Systems->File Cache
Press clear.
