HELP with WDSCI 5.1

Hello,

I've installed WDSCI 5.1 and downloaded all the updates, but one, 
SE13289.exe, keeps coming back every time I check for software updates. 
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Also, I am now getting an "Editor Error" pop up from time to time. I 
believe it's tied to Code Editor. It was working previously, but now it 
appears to be having problems. I also receive the following error in WDSCI 
from time to time when selecting to open a member.
