Is anyone else experiencing the update view not picking up file changes when it's refreshed? IIRC in previous releases refreshing the outline view would capture any changes to files used in the program. With the latest version it isn't picking up the changes. I am having to prompt the verify to refresh the cache then update the outline. I use this a lot and it's really a pain if this is the expected functionality.
