5.1.2 failed install.

I have a w2k pc at sp4.  PC previously had wdt400 v4r5.  Through some bonehead 
decisions on my part, I have had a bad install of 5.1.2 that I had to manually 
uninstall(a long story).  I followed some suggestions in this forum for 
manually uninstalling wdsci (remove directories wdsc,ibmdebug,websphere studio) 
as well as some registry cleanup(remove references to wdt400,wdsc,wssd).

Install kicks off fine(does not detect a previous install) and gets about 42% 
finished before it aborts during the product.lic.  Install logs says:

Sounds like I still have some registry cleanup to do.  Can anyone point me in 
the right direction?
The other piece of IBM software on the pc is iseries access v5r2.
