Thanks Mike/ Vincent for your reply.

I have one more queries at this stage.

Could you please suggest how do I get some of the Function keys to
appear at the bottom (like Help, Exit, Cancel etc) of the browser
instead of on left hand side and how do I get some more function keys to
appear at the top of the browser like National Stock, Order History
etc....

I also would like to see the subfile to appear on the right bottom
corner of the browser...Can I do that ? How do you achieve that ?

Please give me some link or refer to some specific documents would be
very highly regarded.

With Kind Regards,
Pradeep

Use the WebSetting in Designer to hid the function key (described in the

docs with the product)

Depends, if it is a field you can re-position it (see the product docs).

Edit one of the built-in styles to be the way you want the save it as a
custom style. (see the product documentation)

Not really sure what you are looking for, you can re-position or hide
fields using WebSettings. Consult the product docs for all the
WebSettings that you can apply.

RE: [WDSCI-L] Hiding , disabling and re positioning of button/function
in
generated JSP file..

Hi all,

I have just started using this product (WDSC-i) since couple of weeks. I
have installed and have converted few programs using this one.
I would like someone to suggest me or send me a link to get the
following information.

How do I get to disable function/button in a generated JSP.
How do I re position the same button to a different place.
How do I create a new template, like function keys should be on the
bottom as well as few on the left side etc...

And most importantly, how do get the generated fields re orient in the
browser more decently.

Your help will be highly regarded.

I do have some working knowledge in Bean and JSP.

With kind Regards,
Pradeep K Roy
