The power users permissions are not set on this machine, I had them on
my previous one.  I think once I get them put in everything should be
ok.

Hi Michael,

CODE requires a minimum of Power User (so as to be able to read/write to
the registry), requires that you have the correct environment variables
configured, and well as write access to c:\WDSC and its subdirectories.
Please refer to the install notes which can be found:
c:\WDSC\install\help\install notes

In particular the following section:
file:///C:/WDSC/install/help/installnotes.htm#nt2000
