Poor RSE performance in V5R3

Good day,

Since upgrading to V5R3, my Remote System Explorer (WDSC 5.1.2.4) is taking
much longer to initialize itself. What used to take seconds is now taking
almost 2 minutes. The message line on the bottom of the IDE screen shows the
following progress messages:

1) Starting RSE Communications Server
2) Initializing RSE Communications Server

Opening members in the JLPEX editor is also noticably slower, but at least
tolerable (10-20 seconds).

Has anyone seen similar issues?
