× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Since I am the only IBMer on the cc list I assume you are referring to me 
: )

The main packaging for WDSc is still WDS (5722-WDS, the compilers 
package.)  However other IBM products may also ship WDSc where it makes 
sense.  I believe that WebSphere Application Server 6.0 for iSeries 
includes (or planning to include) WDSc.

It is possible Andy - they can't seem to keep the packaging the same from
one release to another ... but I'd be a bit surprised as it is tied to the
compilers and the 400 components are shipped with WDS.

Maybe one of the IBMers could confirm this for us.
