Thanks for your help Mike and Rob. 

We don't have LDAP server at the moment. I will try the STRTCPSVR *DIRSRV 
command and see how I can configure the server.

Where "should" it be installed?  Good question.  Are you already using an 
existing ldap server?  If so, will this aid you in your SSO endeavor?
