Won't update ...error messages




The detail error message says:

Unable to complete action for feature "WebSphere Development Studio Client
for iSeries Translations" due to errors
Unable to retrieve remote reference
"http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/websphere/iseries/wdsc512/update/plugins/com.ibm.wdsclient.nl1.feature.nl1_5.1.2.jar";
Unable to retrieve remote reference

So how do I go about fixing this?
